Five-Day Transformational Leadership Program:
Provides you and your leadership team with our most comprehensive process for developing your leadership agenda including a compelling case for change, preferred future, and primary strategies. Delivered over four months, members of your leadership team will bond at a deep level as you clarify what is most important to achieve and what it will take to become transformational leaders.
One-Day, and Two-Day Transformational Leadership Program:
Provides your leadership team, board, and/or key community partners with an overview of the transformational planning process, including theory and exercises for developing a compelling case for change, dynamic preferred futures, and high-impact strategies. Helps gain the commitment of your key leaders to engage in a transformational planning process with you in order to have a higher impact on families and the community. Excellent team-builder program.
